Keeping Up with Life: Strategies for Overcoming Obstacles and Achieving Your Goals

Keeping up with life is hard especially when you are not in the spot you want to be. Mainly because when you are not it feels like you need to try your hardest to get there. Sometimes I tend to get stuck in these thoughts where I tell myself that I could be better than how I am right now and I go down a rabbit hole of more thoughts that enhance the boring or unsatisfying parts of my life. I feel that in order to not go down that rabbit hole I have to be in the mode of recovery. And by that, I mean getting into the starting line of becoming my best self, such as recovering from depression, anxiety, envy, and anger. Literally, anything you name it. And by recovering I don't mean I am in those stages right now I mean that I am recovering from the thoughts that those stages left me with.
